Biology O Level Cambridge online classes

Expert online Biology tuition for Cambridge International (CAIE) O Level — covering every topic from the 5090 syllabus with exam-focused teaching.

How we teach Biology

Cambridge O Level Biology (5090) condenses the essentials of the subject into two structured-question papers that reward clear, accurate explanation over rote recall. For students building towards further science study, it is a foundation worth getting right, and our teaching makes sure it is.

The syllabus runs from cell structure and biological molecules through transport, respiration and gas exchange to genetics, ecology and human health. We focus on the precise vocabulary and the cause-and-effect reasoning examiners look for — being able to say not just what happens in a process but why, and in the right order.

Lessons are live and capped small, with the individual attention that turns shaky topics into reliable marks.

Frequently asked questions

Is there a practical component in O Level Biology 5090?

Yes — worth 20%, as either Paper 3, a practical test, or Paper 4, the written Alternative to Practical. Food tests, labelled biological drawings and experiment design all appear. We rehearse them from past papers so students walk in knowing exactly how the marks are structured.

How is the 5090 grade made up?

Paper 1 multiple choice carries 30%, Paper 2 structured theory 50%, and the practical or alternative-to-practical paper 20%. The theory papers reward precise definitions and applying knowledge to unfamiliar data — the two skills we drill hardest, because they separate a B from an A*.

Is O Level Biology enough preparation for pre-medical A Levels?

Yes — 5090 is the normal foundation for A Level Biology, and a strong grade signals your child can handle the pre-medical route of Biology and Chemistry that medical admission in Pakistan requires. If A Level science is the plan, tell the teacher — we emphasise the topics that carry forward.

How do trial classes work?

The first class is genuinely free: your child attends a live session, sees the group size and teaching style, and you decide afterwards. O Level groups are Rs 19,000 per month per subject; 1-to-1 is Rs 3,500 per class. WhatsApp us with your preferred days to arrange it.
